WHO · CAREERS

Forming the team.

There are no vacancies listed on this page, and none will be invented to fill it. What follows is the standard NAMAH hires against — enough for you to decide whether to write to us.

A company hiring for discipline is a company expecting work.

10.1 · THE POSITION

No vacancy theatre.

Most careers pages are a recruitment performance: roles that closed months ago, benefits written by a marketing team, a portal that acknowledges nothing. NAMAH would rather be plainly useful.

When a role opens it will appear here with a scope, a reporting line and a location — the same specificity we ask of a client brief. Until then, expressions of interest are read by a person, and answered.

Enquiries and expressions of interest are answered within two working days.

10.2 · THE STANDARD

What we look for.

  • 01

    Site discipline

Coordination, sequencing, storage and logistics handled so the work is right the first time. Waste control and safe, accountable site management are part of the scope, not an overhead added to it.

    Build Efficiently · Build

  • 02

    Engineering rigour

Materials and suppliers weighed on performance, durability and whole-life value before specification — and the reasoning written down where the next person can read it.

Specify Better · Source Better · Engineer

  • 03

    Sustainability literacy

Knowing the difference between a decision you control, one you can influence and one that belongs to somebody else — and being able to say which is which in front of a client.

    The control model

  • 04

    The evidence habit

Testing evidence, material records, waste records and certificates assembled from what was actually done. If it was not recorded, it did not happen — and we do not claim it.

    Prove · Structured handover

  • 05

    Partner coordination

Specialist contracting is worked through other people: designers, main contractors, suppliers, inspectors. Clarity under pressure is the skill; volume is not.

    The ten disciplines

  • 06

    Care for people and place

Safety, worker welfare, healthy finishes and pollution control treated as scope with a name against it. This one is not negotiable at any level of seniority.

    Protect People and Place

10.3 · FIT

Who does well here.

Thrives

  • People who write things down while the work is still in front of them.
  • People who read the specification before arguing with it.
  • People who are precise about the boundary of what they controlled.
  • People who would rather be corrected early than right at handover.

Struggles

  • People who need a title before they will take responsibility.
  • People who claim outcomes they only stood next to.
  • People who optimise for the photograph at handover rather than the floor five years later.
  • People for whom safety and welfare are somebody else's paperwork.

10.4 · APPLY

Write to us.

Send a CV and a short note describing one scope you delivered, what you controlled on it, and what you would do differently. That is more useful to us than a covering letter.
