05.2 · THE SCOPE
A defined package, not an open-ended promise.
NAMAH takes on industrial and warehouse works as bounded scopes: floor repair and refurbishment, protective coatings, drainage works and structural remediation. Each scope is reviewed by senior engineering before mobilisation — materials, suppliers and sequencing agreed up front, not discovered mid-programme.

Floor repair & refurbishment
Joint repair, surface regrading and load-class confirmation settled before anything is laid. The floor is measured against the traffic it actually carries, not the traffic the original drawing assumed.

Protective coatings
System selection made against exposure, service life and the cure window the operation can give — with the low-VOC position written into the specification rather than into a brochure.

Drainage works
Falls, interceptors and the testing regime agreed as part of the scope. A gradient nobody checked is the defect that surfaces on the first heavy wash-down.

Structural remediation
Survey basis, method statement and sign-off authority fixed before the first breaker starts. Remedial work carries a named engineer in front of it and a record behind it.
Reviewed by senior engineering before mobilisation.
05.2.1 · WORKING ON A LIVE SITE
The building does not stop for us.
The enquiry here usually comes from a facilities lead or an operations manager rather than a developer. The building is working. There is racking on the floor, a shift pattern around it, and a shutdown window measured in hours rather than weeks. That window is the real constraint on the job, and it is the first thing scoped — ahead of materials, ahead of programme, ahead of everything.
So the sequence is engineered backwards from the shutdown. Preparation, cure times and return to service are set against the hours actually available; areas are taken in bays so the operation keeps running around the work; and anything that can be done outside the window is moved outside it. Where a cure time cannot be compressed, that is said at the brief stage, not at four in the morning on the Sunday.
At handover the owner gets the floor back and gets the reasoning with it: what was specified, why that system rather than the thinner one, what was tested, and what left the site. Sustainability on an industrial floor is mostly a matter of not doing the work twice. A system that survives the traffic is the lowest-waste decision available here, and it is the one recorded.
05.3 · THE WHOLE-LIFE DECISION

An industrial floor is a whole-life decision. Systems are selected for lifespan under real loading, not handover appearance; where the scope allows, low-VOC coating options are specified, and excess material, packaging and waste are engineered down rather than measured afterwards.
